Automate the onboarding workflow for new and current members across multiple systems.

Approach

Kuaba reviewed and mapped out the existing onboarding process that was taking significant time to process once new and existing members filled out website forms.

Kuaba developed a workflow automation solution that was triggered by the submission of a new form, checked the status of the submitter then automated a series of workflows and data checks.

This included creating a new client in CRM, accounting and subscription platforms, then setting up recurring invoices and payments with notifications of completion and data quality issues.
