Pronounced koo-ar-bah, 'Kuaba' is a word from the language of the Wulli Wulli people, meaning to meet and discuss matters around the fire at camp.

Our vision
We are proud to have adopted an Aboriginal word from the country of one of our Co-founders as the name of our business, following consultation with elders from the Wulli Wulli community in Central Queensland.
Kuaba is not an Indigenous business, but we maintain a vision of creating meaningful careers for First Nations people in the technology industry.

Natasha Royal and Rhys Healy founded Kuaba in 2019 and remain as Directors, involved in all aspects of the business.
- Background Natasha has a background in strategy, portfolio and program management, project implementation, benefits realisation, change management, marketing and learning.
- Role Natasha leads Kuaba's client engagements and business development, and provides change management and project delivery expertise to Kuaba's clients.
